Today was shower day and I'm not even sure where to begin. The day could not have been more perfect and I am so incredibly thankful for those who made it so special. I guess you could say I'm a little pickey when it comes to showers, I love the simple elegant not overstated look...which is probably due to the fact that my mom has taught me that less is more and never slack on food and table settings :0) Aunt Jen and Nana (and there team of helpers) made it absolutly perfect...the food, the decorations, the games...it was intimate and fun. I had almost 30 lovley ladies show up and I felt so loved. It reminded me of my bridal shower, how fast the time flew by and suddenly it was time to go. I wish I could have frozen time so I could have chatted with every one a little while longer.
The exahustion is setting in (along with the heartburn) so I'm going to keep this short tonight. But I really am so thankful for all that we received (so many cute little boy outfits and fun nessessities including our whale crib bedded, little bunny swing, and a newborn photo session which I'm so excited for, I could keep going but bed is calling my name). I'm hoping that someone got good pictures of it all to add to the scrap book that I received :0) When I find them I'll post them.
